Grey Fabric

The Group owns shuttles, small rapier, Suzhou Bijiale large rapier, Belgium Picanol Air Injection, Japan Toyota, Japan Tsudakoma and other kinds of weaving equipments which can produce dobby series, jacquard, common air injection series, denim, and high-density series cotton, polyester cotton, hemp cotton and tencel, modal, silk cotton blend and all kinds of fabrics of more than 3000 sorts，and it can produce the width of 47″to 135″, density in warp and waft can be from 90 to 1000 grey fabric, and the weight of the cotton cloth can be from 40g/㎡ to 650g/㎡, There are 85 sets of Staubli Jacquard weaving machines,which can produce 98″, 105″, 118″, 120″，the density in warp and waft can be from 173t/inch jacquard series and two kinds of flowers width of 36 to 38cm and 72 to 74cm，and so on.

Cotton yarn

All of the cotton yarns produced by the Group are knotless yarn which, if so specified by customers, could reach the 2001 Uster Statistics of 25-5%. Out of the 800 cotton yarn models, there are about 350 types of carded yarn (ranging from 5 counts to 40 counts), 350 types of combed yarn (ranging from 18 counts to 120 counts), 100 types of open-end spun yarn (which are used for denim production).

Denim

Denim is the main component of fabrics and it suit for all kinds of peoples. The products of the enterprise are produced with the latest dye machines, air injection machines and the after-process equipment, the cotton takes up a large part of the components. And other kinds of fibers denims are producing here. As cotton denim, cotton spandex elasticity denim, cotton Dacron elasticity denim, cotton and bamboo blend denim, bamboo joint denim in warp and waft, cotton regenerated cellulose fibers blend denim and other denim.
